Will I make methanol when I distill?

You may produce extremely small quantities of methanol when distilling Still Spirits Turbo products. These will be removed in the first portion of distillate which is separated and called the head. As we are only fermenting sugar with a known yeast and nutrient mix, the byproducts such as methanol are minimal.

If you wish to distill other mixtures, then methanol could be produced and could prove disastrous.
